ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Two teens are in custody after investigators say they carjacked a woman. Deputies said the teens carjacked Jennifer Dunning at the Outrigger Apartments on Shoreview Drive and then were arrested at the Park Baldwin Palms Apartments Saturday afternoon.
"He just said keep walking into the office, don't turn around or I'll shoot. And I did that," said Dunning. She said 17 year-old Phillip Webb pointed a gun at her and gave her two choices.
"Life or car and I choose life and just walked off, got in there and called 911," said Dunning.

By the time deputies arrived, the car was long gone from the Park Baldwin Palm Apartments. But on a hunch, they checked out the Outrigger Apartments about a mile and half away, a place they say is known for crime.
"Deputies established a perimeter, we started checking the known hotspots," said Max Maxwell with the Orange County Sheriff's Office. That's when deputies found the victim's car and 15 year-old Nicholas Webb rummaging through it. He's charged with auto burglary.
Witnesses then pointed detectives to his big brother Phillip. They're mom even showed up at the scene, but both are now in juvenile custody.

Dunning had to wait for several hours even after they found her car. The teens apparently threw her car keys and a bunch of her belongings in a dumpster.

Only discrepency in this story is, the boys stole the car at the Park Baldwin Palms apartments and were apprehended here at the, 'Ghetto'....Outrigger Apartments....Discovered this article AFTER I made post below... Ahhhh, memories...
