Laura, a girl at work is leaving so we had a carry-in... This is my donation to that occasion... I haven't made one of these in years and was quite pleased at the outcome.. Seems a fitting summer dessert...
Only thing that could make this better is if you had a watermelon shaped pan.. 'Sigh'

Does it taste O watermelon, too??? Looks pretty tasty, but I don't know if I've ever seen a watermelon shaped pan.

I ain't nevah seen no watemelon shaped pan neither.... was just a thought...
